I work with Runners, Football players, Rugby Players, Hockey Players, Paintballers, Cyclists and those who want to improve their sport performance and personal best. We excel at increasing athletes’ endurance, power, strength, speed, agility, vertical jump, power production and stamina. Our aim is to work with competitors in sport to set and achieve their personal goals. Bootcamps are a enormous new trend which have boomed in the UK amongst the weightloss community but there are very few that cater for athletes and those with high levels of fitness.
